1. Who we are

DevOps Journey Tracker is operated by devopsjourney ("we", "us", the "Seller"). By creating an account or using the service, you enter into an agreement with devopsjourney. By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

DevOps Journey Tracker is a self-paced learning platform for aspiring DevOps engineers: a structured roadmap, lessons, hands-on labs, skill assessments, mock interviews, projects, notes and progress tracking. Some content is free; the full practice surface is available through the paid Pro subscription.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind your organization, to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

  • Using the service for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights of others.
  • Interfering with the service's security — introducing malware, probing, or scraping at abusive rates.
  • Reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service or its content, or circumventing technical limits.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, lesson content and branding. Content you create (notes, projects) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed per the interval you choose (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. See our Refund Policy for details.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time; on termination your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
